Equal Rights: cartoons for dignity, equality, and action.

A global exhibition project centred on a simple truth: every person is born free and equal in dignity and rights.

Equal Rights brings cartoonists into a shared conversation on gender equality and human rights. The exhibition uses humour, metaphor, and visual storytelling to make complex social issues more approachable without making them smaller.

The project is part of a wider series of Toons Mag international exhibitions that create room for artists and audiences to meet across borders, perspectives, and lived experience.

In the gallery, a single drawing can hold a question open. Together, the drawings make a public invitation: to look carefully, talk honestly, and imagine change.
